physicians and medical facilities to create electronic files for their patient records.

of any data which may be included in the patient records.

information, to other physicians, medical facilities or business associates. eHealth

or regulations or to comply with an applicable order of a Court or administrative
tribunal or in response to a subpoena, discovery request or other lawful legal process.
Except as provided in this privacy policy, eHealth will not share personal information
with any other third party.
eHealth may use non personal information for its internal business purposes, such
as to improve its services and to obtain information about its subscribers’ usage
of this website and its products, so that eHealth may continue to improve and upgrade
its website to meet its subscribers’ needs.
